7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree that:

•All pockets are emptied prior to collection.
•Heavily soiled or contaminated items are declared in advance.
•Items not suitable for industrial washing are processed at client risk.

8. Loss & Damage
Launderme takes reasonable care in processing items. However:
•We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
•We are not liable for pre-existing damage.
•We are not liable for shrinkage, colour loss or deterioration due to age or fabric composition.
•Items processed contrary to care labels are done at client instruction and risk.
In the event of confirmed processing damage:
•Compensation is limited to fair market value.
•Liability shall not exceed the replacement cost of the item.
•Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Linen Hire (If Applicable)
Where linen hire is provided:
